*Get a share of 5 million Velocity Points Promotion Terms and Conditions
The Promotion commences at 00:01 am AEST on 5 August 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 August 2024 (Promotion Period). To participate in the Promotion and receive a share of 5 million Velocity Points, Velocity Frequent Flyer members must, during the Promotion Period, complete at least one valid redemption using Velocity Points via any of the following participating partners; (1) through the Velocity Rewards Store; (2) online at MYER, not in a physical store; (3) Virgin Australia flights; (4) Rocket Hotels and/or Cars; (5) Luxury Escapes; (6) Virgin Wines; or (7) Experience Oz (Eligible Share Transaction). Eligible Share Transactions must be completed in accordance with each partner’s terms and conditions for Velocity Points redemption. Multiple redemptions are allowed within the Promotion Period. By making an Eligible Share Transaction/s, you will receive a share of 5 million Velocity Points. At the end of the Promotion Period, Velocity will allocate the 5 million Velocity Points between Velocity members who made at least 1 Eligible Share Transaction during the Promotion Period. The number of Velocity Points allocated to eligible Velocity members will depend on the number of Velocity Points redeemed by eligible Velocity members and other Velocity members who participated in the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Velocity members who make at least 1 Eligible Share Transaction during the Promotion Period will be eligible for a percentage of the total available bonus Velocity Points, calculated based on the number of Velocity Points redeemed by eligible Velocity members in Eligible Share Transactions, divided by the total number of Velocity Points redeemed by all Velocity members in all Eligible Share Transactions. No part Velocity Points will be awarded. If the number of Velocity Points due to be awarded is a decimal, the Velocity Points awarded will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Velocity Points will be credited to eligible Velocity members’ accounts by 31 September 2024.

Velocity Rewards Store Terms and Conditions

1 Redemption of Points for Products is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, Velocity Rewards Store Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions disclosed at the time of redemption (including gift card terms and conditions). The Velocity Rewards Store is hosted by Collinson Group Limited (ACN 083 835 661). Products ordered through the Rewards Store will not be dispatched until the relevant Points have been deducted from the member's Velocity account. Deliveries will only be made to a physical address in Australia (PO box deliveries will not be accepted). Rewards Store orders are usually delivered within 14 business days of the order being successfully processed (i.e. Points and any cash payment are received). Delivery dates may vary from time to time. Please review all terms and conditions before making your selection, as refunds or replacements are not provided if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. You’re entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees for products you get from the Rewards Store. Please see Velocity Rewards Store Terms and Conditions for further information. Please inspect a product as soon as possible after delivery to confirm it matches the description provided and is of acceptable quality. Myer Terms and Conditions

2 These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, Velocity Privacy Policy, MYER Online Shopping Terms and Conditions, MYER Returns Policy and MYER Privacy Policy (“collectively Terms and Conditions”). The use and access to Velocity Points and/or myer.com.au will be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Velocity Points can be redeemed, in part or in full, online at myer.com.au excluding purchases of MYER Gift Cards, Coles Group & MYER Gift Cards, payments towards a MYER credit card, instore purchases and phone orders. A minimum redemption of 3,000 Velocity Points can be made online at myer.com.au per order/transaction. You cannot redeem Velocity Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or any other tender. Velocity members may pay for purchases online at myer.com.au using a combination of Velocity Points and a credit card, debit card, MYER Gift Card, MYER Reward Card Coles Group & MYER Gift Card. The MYER Returns Policy applies to all orders/transactions. Any items received as a result of Velocity Points redemption may only be refunded for the applicable Points value redeemed for such item. Change of mind refunds will be provided as a MYER Returns Card (valid for three years from the date of issue) for the portion paid using Velocity Points. Any remaining balance not paid by Velocity Points will be returned in the same tender as per the MYER Returns Policy. Refunds provided due to a consumer guarantee or relevant regulation such as faulty items will be credited back to the original Velocity account used to pay in the original order/transaction for the amount of Points originally redeemed. MYER one Credits will be applied to the total transaction amount paid, as per the MYER one terms and conditions. All Velocity Program enquiries are to be directed to the Velocity member support team on 13 18 75 8am-8pm AET Monday-Friday and 9am-6pm AET Saturday-Sunday. Velocity account details will be shared with MYER to allow you to redeem Velocity Points which includes your Points balance and redemption value, and to allow MYER to process your order. MYER reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to change these terms and conditions including the qualifying goods and services and to suspend or terminate the Velocity redemption at MYER program.

Virgin Australia Terms and Conditions

3 Velocity members can redeem Velocity Points for Reward Seats or using Points + Pay on selected Virgin Australia flights booked on the Virgin Australia website. Fares eligible for Velocity Points redemption are subject to availability. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable in addition to Velocity Points redeemed. A Virgin Australia carrier charge is payable per sector, per person. Reward Seats and associated charges are not eligible for Points earn, but fares booked using Points + Pay will be eligible for Points earn. Seats are limited and may not be available at peak times or on all flights. Price may vary until ticketed. Payment surcharge may apply. You can change or get a refund for Reward Seat bookings by paying a fee and any fare difference, at least 24 hours before scheduled departure. For Economy Lite fares booked using Points + Pay, cancellations are not permitted and you may need to pay a fee and any fare difference to make a change. For other fare types booked using Points + Pay, a fee and fare difference may be payable for changing or cancelling your booking. See Virgin Australia’s domestic Fees page (Fare types ) for details. Refunds are not permitted for Economy Lite and Choice fares if you cancel your booking. Refunds are permitted for Economy Flex fares on payment of a fee. Rocket Terms and Conditions

4 The minimum Points required to redeem a hotel stay via Rocket Travel Hotels is 2,000 Velocity Points. The actual Points required vary depending on the hotel, room type, rate type, time of booking and date for which the booking is made. Redemption levels are subject to change at the discretion of Velocity Frequent Flyer. You can use your Points to cover a partial amount or the full amount of the hotel room rate including taxes and surcharges. Additional costs, such as in-room charges, early check-in, late check-out and upgrades are not included and must be paid directly to the hotel. The minimum Points required to redeem a rental car via Rocket Travel Cars is 2,000 Velocity Points. The actual Points required vary depending on the vehicle, rental brand, rate type, time of booking and date for which the booking is made. Redemption levels are subject to change at the discretion of Velocity Frequent Flyer. You can use your Points to cover a partial amount or the full amount of the car rental rate including taxes and surcharges. Luxury Escapes

5 You must be a Velocity member at the time of booking and purchasing to redeem Velocity Points for an Eligible Holiday (including any Eligible VA Flights). Velocity Points can only be redeemed on eligible bookings and purchases made in the name of the member. The minimum number of Velocity Points required to redeem an Eligible Holiday (including any Eligible VA Flights) via Luxury Escapes is 5,000 Velocity Points. You can use your Velocity Points to redeem part or the full amount of a Luxury Escapes Eligible Holiday (including any Eligible VA Flights). The entire amount of the booking must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Velocity Points can be earned on redemption bookings made with combination of Velocity Points plus pay at an earn rate of 1 Point per $1 spent on Eligible Holidays. Velocity Points cannot be redeemed for any additional incidentals or purchases made outside Luxury Escapes’ booking channels (for instance, Velocity Points cannot be redeemed for the purchase of any in room movie services, food and beverage at destination, telephone, or additional Wi-Fi services). Velocity Points redeemed for a booking will not be refunded and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or refund of a redemption booking. However, if you cancel your eligible booking within 7 days of purchase/booking and are entitled to a full refund under the Luxury Escapes cancellation and refund policy or otherwise are entitled to a refund according to applicable law, you may be entitled to a reversal and reinstatement of the Velocity Points you redeemed. Virgin Wines

6 These Terms and Conditions apply if you want to purchase products from Virgin Wines Redemption using Velocity Frequent Flyer Points only. These Terms and Conditions should be read with Virgin Wines Redemptions’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions apply.

The Virgin Wines Redemption store is operated by Wine People Pty Ltd (ABN: 41 105 657 154) trading as Virgin Wines, Level 6, Suite 6.01, 1 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 (Liquor licence: LIQP770016550).

Orders will not be accepted (nor alcohol be delivered to) persons under the age of 18 years. You are purchasing wine from Virgin Wines not Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd. Your contract with Virgin Wines will be formed when they dispatch your product(s).

Virgin Wines delivery to most addresses in Australia including PO Boxes except the Northern Territory, dry zones across Australia and Parcel Lockers. Orders are usually fulfilled within a week but please allow up to 14 days. Delivery to outlying areas will be to the agent’s nearest depot. If an offered wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine of greater value may be supplied. If you are unhappy with the substitute, Virgin Wines will provide you a refund.

Virgin Wines are covered by a quality guarantee, subject to certain conditions. If a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reason, and assuming it has been stored in suitable conditions, and has met Virgin Wines’ wine handling conditions, it will be collected and refunded or replaced (subject to Virgin Wines Redemption Terms and Conditions). Subject to applicable law, Virgin Wines does not offer refunds and returns on older vintage and fine wines.

Experience Oz

7 Velocity members can redeem Velocity Points on Eligible Activities and Experiences available on www.virginaustralia.com/experiences.  A minimum of 2,000 Velocity Points payment is required for each booking. Each redemption also requires a minimum $10 payment that is contributed toward the booking. Velocity members may choose to pay the Eligible Activities and Experiences by using “Velocity Points plus pay”. For clarity, Velocity Points will be earned at the relevant standard points earn rate on any cash payment component for redemption bookings.
